<p>6 linguri de faina</p>
<p>1 plic de praf de copt</p>
<p>2 linguri praf de cacao</p>
<p>2 linguri ulei</p>
<p>Pentru crema:</p>
<p>700 ml frisca</p>
<p>100 g zahar pudra</p>
<p>1 lingurita aroma de vanilie</p>
<p>20 g gelatina</p>
<p>Pentru stratul de ciocolata din mijloc:</p>
<p>160 g ciocolata cu lapte</p>
<p>60 g unt</p>
<p>Deasupra:</p>
<p>200 g de ciocolata neagra</p>
<p>1 lingurita unt</p>
<p>Pregatirea retetei Kinder Pingui:</p>
<p>Bateti albusurile pana obtineti o spuma tare. Se amesteca galbenusurile cu zaharul, se adauga apa si uleiul, apoi se adauga cacao, faina si praful de copt.</p>
<p>Se amesteca spuma de albusuri cu restul aluatului si se toarna aluatul in doua tavi de copt in care am pus hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Se coace intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 de grade pentru aproximativ 15 minute fiecare blat.</p>
<p>Lasati foile sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Facem crema: batem frisca, adaugam zaharul si aroma.</p>
<p>Se dizolva gelatina in putina apa dupa cum este necesar si se amesteca cu frisca.</p>
<p>Intindeti jumatate de crema pe una din foile racite.</p>
<p>Intre timp, faceti stratul de ciocolata din mijloc: topiti ciocolata cu untul si, cand s-a racit , intindeti peste frisca.</p>
<p>Puneti la frigider 10 minute pentru a se ingheta ciocolata.</p>
<p>Acoperiti cu cealalta jumatate de crema si apoi acoperiti cu a doua foaie de blat.</p>
<p>Ciocolata neagra se topeste cu untul si se intinde deasupra, apoi se pune la frigider cel putin 2 ore.</p>
<p>Sfat: Pentru a fi mai revenos puteti insiropa blaturile cu cate o cana de lapte rece fiecare.</p>
