<p>4 linguri de ulei</p>
<p>2 linguri de cacao</p>
<p>Pentru crema:</p>
<p>330 de grame de iaurt</p>
<p>400 ml smantana 30%</p>
<p>2 linguri de zahar pudra</p>
<p>2 linguri de gelatina</p>
<p>60 ml apa sau lapte</p>
<p>Pentru topping:</p>
<p>100 de grame de ciocolata cu lapte</p>
<p>50 de grame de unt</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti albusurile pana se formeaza o spuma solida, apoi adaugati constant in loturi zahar.</p>
<p>Reduceti viteza mixerului si incepeti sa adaugati galbenusuri unul cate unul, dupa care incepeti sa puneti uleiul.</p>
<p>Se toarna praful de copt, cacao si faina in ouale batute si apoi se amesteca usor ingredientele cu spatula.</p>
<p>Tapetati o tava de copt cu dimensiunile de 35 x 25 centimetri cu hartie de copt sau ungeti cu unt si tapetati cu faina si puneti aluatul in tava.</p>
<p>Se coace la 160 de grade pentru aproximativ 45 de minute.</p>
<p>Se toarna apoi gelatina in apa sau lapte rece si se lasa deoparte aproximativ un sfert de ora, apoi se incalzeste putin, astfel incat sa se dizolve putin.</p>
<p>Nu o fierbeti, deoarece isi va pierde proprietatile.</p>
<p>Amestecati iaurtul si smantana. Apoi combinati-le impreuna adaugand gelatina lichida dar racita si zahar pudra.</p>
<p>Amestecati inca o data si apoi puneti masa rezultata in frigider. Puteti adauga cat zahar doriti, dar acesta trebuie batut cu smantana pana se topeste si apoi cu celelalte ingrediente.</p>
<p>Se taie blatul racit in 2 parti, punem crema pe unul dintre ele si acoperil cu cel ramas.</p>
<p>Punem tortul in frigider cel putin 3-4 ore.</p>
<p>Se toarna ciocolata taiata in cubulete si untul intr-un castron, apoi se topeste pe abur.</p>
<p>Dupa ce s-a racit usor, se toarna glazura peste tort si apoi se pune la loc in frigider. A doua zi, tortul este perfect.</p>
