<p>350 g de smantana cu un continut de grasime de 25% sau frisca lichida;</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Combinati smantana grasa si laptele condensat intr-un castron convenabil si bateti cu un mixer pana la omogenizare.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati eventualele nuci zdrobite in bucati mici.</p>
<p>Se amesteca bine si se da la congelator cateva ore, apoi inghetata va fi moale.</p>
<p>Daca vrei ca desertul sa fie solid, atunci lasa-l peste noapte.</p>
<p>Datorita smantanii grase, nu vor exista cristale in inghetata.</p>
<p>Reteta numarul 2. Lapte si fructe de padure</p>
<p>Ingredinete:</p>
<p>O jumatate de pahar de lapte;</p>
<p>200 g coacaze congelate;</p>
<p>Doua banane congelate;</p>
<p>3-4 linguri de zahar pudra.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti bananele la congelator din timp pentru a le congela.</p>
<p>Pentru a face acest lucru, taiati-le in bucati mici (cuburi sau felii).</p>
<p>Asezati-le intr-un singur strat pe o farfurie sau o tava si puneti-le la congelator timp de o ora.</p>
<p>Bananele coapte sunt cele mai bune pentru ca sunt mai dulci si mai moi.</p>
<p>Dupa aceea, puneti bananele congelate intr-un blender, trimiteti acolo fructele de padure congelate, umpleti totul cu lapteĀ si adaugati zahar pudra (cantitatea depinde de cat de dulce vreti sa fie inghetata).</p>
<p>Bateti pana se omogenizeaza, dar nu bateti mult timp, deoarece inghetata va incepe sa se incalzeasca si sa se topeasca din acest proces.</p>
<p>Reteta numarul 3. Crema de ciocolata</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>150 g lapte condensat fiert;</p>
<p>200 ml frisca sau smantana cu un continut de grasimi de 33%;</p>
<p>Doua lingurite de cacao;</p>
<p>Doua banane congelate.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bananele congelate sunt, de asemenea, necesare aici.</p>
<p>Ele trebuie mixate impreuna cu laptele condensat.</p>
<p>Dupa ce amestecati, continutul rezultat de smantana rece si inghetata este gata!</p>
<p>Il poti pune la congelator pentru o perioada scurta de timp sau il poti manca imediat moale.</p>
