<p>trei linguri de faina de grau;</p>
<p>coaja de la o lamaie;</p>
<p>un plic de zahar vanilat.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se toarna faina intr-un castron. Adaugati toate celelalte ingrediente (cu exceptia untului), care sunt enumerate mai sus. Se amesteca totul cu un tel sau cu un mixer pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Transferati masa intr-o cratita si puneti-o pe o baie de abur. Gatiti, amestecand continuu, pana masa devine groasa. Apoi scoateti de pe foc si lasati-l sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Bateti untul separat folosind un mixer. Continuati sa bateti si adaugati crema in portii. Cand transferati complet crema, bateti inca 2-3 minute.</p>
<p>Utilizati crema finita in orice produse de patiserie sau prajituri.</p>
<p>O alta reteta de crema pentru prajituri:</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>2 linguri de faina</p>
<p>1 lingura de cacao</p>
<p>3 linguri zahar granulat</p>
<p>200 ml lapte</p>
<p>vanilie dupa gust</p>
<p>100 g unt</p>
<p>200 g mascarpone</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca 2 oua intregi cu 2 linguri de faina, 1 lingura de cacao, 3 linguri de zahar, se toarna 200 ml de lapte fiert si se gateste amestecand constant pana se ingroasa la foc mic.</p>
<p>Se ia de pe foc si se amesteca pana se raceste.</p>
<p>Bateti untul cateva minute cu un mixer, apoi adaugati crema de mascarpone. Mixati pentru cateva minute.</p>
<p>Cand crema este complet racita, adaugati amestecul de unt si mascarpone si amestecati.</p>
<p>Lasati jumatate de ora la frigider si apoi puteti umple orice prajituri sau torturi doriti.</p>
<p>Sfat: Daca doriti o crema mai consistenta si mai multa, amestecati o ciocolata neagra in ea la final, cat inca mai este calduta pentru ca ciocolata sa aiba timp sa se topeasca.</p>
