<p>1 pachet de zahar vanilat</p>
<p>1 lingura unt</p>
<p>200 g ciocolata cu lapte</p>
<p>Pentru coji:</p>
<p>50 g unt</p>
<p>250 ml de apa</p>
<p>un varf de cutit de sare</p>
<p>150 g faina simpla</p>
<p>4 oua</p>
<p>1/4 lingurita praf de copt</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Mai intai pregatim crema.</p>
<p>Se toarna laptele intr-o oala , se adauga faina, amidon, galbenus de ou si zahar.</p>
<p>Se amesteca bine si se gateste o crema groasa.</p>
<p>Bateti zaharul vanilat cu unt si apoi cu restul cremei si lasati sa se raceasca acoperit cu folie alimentara .</p>
<p>Topiti untul intr-o oala, adaugati apa, un praf de sare, faina simpla amestecata cu praful de copt si gatiti un aluat neted amestecand continuu.</p>
<p>Apoi puneti-l deoparte, lasati-l sa se raceasca usor.</p>
<p>Apoi batem ouale pe rand pana cand aluatul este compact si are consistenta potrivita.</p>
<p>Apoi o umplem intr-o punga decorativa si formam prajituri alungite pe o foaie de copt acoperita cu hartie de copt .</p>
