<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pregatirea foietajului acasa nu este complicata.</p>
<p>Cerneti faina intr-un bol adanc si adaugati 50 de grame de unt la temperatura camerei.</p>
<p>Lucrati-l in aluat cu mainile. Intr-un alt vas amestecati apa cu sare si otet.</p>
<p>Faceti o gaura in faina si turnati amestecul lichid pe care tocmai l-ati pregatit.</p>
<p>Combinand aceste ingrediente, obtineti un aluat perfect.</p>
<p>Trebuie sa obtinem o minge elastica si omogena care sa nu se lipeasca de maini.</p>
<p>Acoperiti acum vasul cu folie alimentara si lasati aluatul sa se odihneasca intr-un loc cald timp de 10 minute.</p>
<p>Daca vreti ca aluatul sa fie si mai pufos il puteti intinde cu un strat gros de unt.</p>
<p>Lasati untul sa se incalzeasca la temperatura camerei, puneti-l pe o jumatate de fasie de hartie de copt si acoperiti cu cealalta jumatate. Apoi se intinde pe o clatita.</p>
<p>Punem untul si hartia de copt la frigider sa se intareasca putin.</p>
<p>Asezati o bila de aluat pe un blat acoperit cu faina si intindeti o foaie dreptunghiulara de grosime medie.</p>
<p>Scoateti o foaie de unt din frigider si puneti-o pe o jumatate de aluat (inlaturati hartia de copt).</p>

<p>Rulati cealalta parte de aluat peste ea si apasati aluatul cu mainile, astfel incat untul sa se lipeasca de ambele jumatati.</p>
<p>Intindeti putin cu o rola si impaturiti-l in trei parti.</p>
<p>Repetati acest proces inca de patru ori.</p>
