<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Nu aveti nevoie de un aluat clasic pentru acest desert, doar de o baza de biscuiti.</p>
<p>Puneti biscuitii intr-un robot de bucatarie si zdrobiti-i bine in firimituri mici.</p>
<p>Daca nu aveti robot, ii puteti zdrobi cu o punga si un sucitor.</p>
<p>Puneti firimiturile intr-un castron adanc.</p>
<p>Adaugam untul topit si amestecam aluatul sfaramicios.</p>
<p>Tapetati fundul formei detasabile cu diametrul de 18 cm cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Apoi mutati aluatul din firimituri in forma, intindeti-l uniform si apasati mai intai cu degetele si apoi cu fundul paharului.</p>
<p>Trebuie sa obtineti o zona uniforma de aproximativ 1-2 cm grosime.</p>
<p>Dam forma la frigider pentru ca baza sa se intareasca si putem aplica pe ea un amestec de crema.</p>
<p>Luati un bol adanc curat si amestecati branza si zaharul pudra.</p>
<p>Rupeti ciocolata in bucati si dizolvati intr-o baie de apa clasica.</p>
<p>Se adauga apoi in bolul cu crema si se bat ingredientele cu un blender la viteza medie.</p>
<p>Se toarna frisca intr-un recipient inalt si se bate cu un blender pana devine ferma.</p>
<p>Apoi amestecati cele doua amestecuri de smantana impreuna.</p>
<p>Transferati tot amestecul de smantana pe care tocmai l-ati pregatit in forma pe baza de biscuiti.</p>
<p>Se intinde uniform cu o spatula.</p>
<p>Decorati suprafata cu ciocolata alba tocata sau rasa si gata!</p>
<p>Dati cheesecake-ul la frigider pentru cel putin 8 ore (chiar mai mult) pentru a obtine o consistenta ferma si groasa.</p>
<p>Apoi poti doar sa scoti tortul din frigider, sa-l feliezi si sa te bucuri de gustul sau unic!</p>
