<p>zahar, o jumatate de pahar;</p>
<p>bicarbonat de sodiu, o jumatate de lingurita;</p>
<p>zahar vanilat sau esenta de vanilie dupa gust;</p>
<p>faina, 2,5 pahare;</p>
<p>stafide, 80 g.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Combinati gemul cu bicarbonat de sodiu si amestecati bine, lasati deoparte cateva minute.</p>
<p>Se bat ouale cu zaharul, vanilia si sarea, se toarna in gem si se amesteca.</p>
<p>Cerneati faina si adaugati portii in aluat &#8211; este posibil sa aveti nevoie de mai putina faina, asa ca nu suprasolicitati aluatul si adaugati exact cat este necesar.</p>
<p>Spalati stafidele si, daca sunt prea uscate, fierbeti-le in apa clocotita timp de 5-7 minute, apoi scurgeti apa. Se adauga in aluat.</p>
<p>Acoperiti tava de copt sau foaia de copt cu hartie de copt si turnati aluatul.</p>
<p>Preincalziti cuptorul la 180 de grade si coaceti tortul timp de 40 de minute, dar verificati daca este pregatit cu o scobitoare.</p>
<p>Scoateti aluatul finit din tava si presarati cu zahar pudra. Daca luati gem de mere &#8211; amestecati zahar pudra cu scortisoara, va fi foarte gustos.</p>
<p>O alta reteta asemanatoare:</p>
<p>Ingrediente necesare pentru aceasta reteta:</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>1 pahar de ulei</p>
<p>1 pahar de zahar granulat</p>
<p>1 pahar de iaurt</p>
<p>1 pachet de praf de copt</p>
<p>1 pachet de zahar vanilat</p>
<p>2 cani de faina</p>
<p>esenta dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti ouale si zaharul granulat in bolul de amestecare si amestecati cu un tel, fara a utiliza un mixer.</p>
<p>Dupa ce ati amestecat bine, adaugati ulei si iaurt si amestecati. Apoi adaugati faina si continuati sa amestecati.</p>
<p>In cele din urma, adaugati zaharul vanilat, esenta si praful de copt si amestecati pana cand ingredientele sunt combinate.</p>
<p>Puteti adauga mai multa faina pentru a ajunge la consistenta dorita.</p>
<p>Ungeti tava cu unt sau ulei si presarati cu faina. Turnati aluatul in tava.</p>
<p>Apoi trimiteti-l la coacere in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade timp de aproximativ 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Lasati prajitura sa se raceasca si apoi taiati felii.</p>
<p>Se poate manca direct sau se poate folosi ca blat de tort.</p>
