1ï¸â£ Pune curmalele la inmuiat intr-un pahar mare cu apa, cel putin o ora, pana devin moi.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">2ï¸â£ Da morcovii pe razatoare fina, toaca nucile si macina fulgii de ovaz (nu trebuie sa fie foarte fini).</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">3ï¸â£ Scoate curmalele din apa (nu arunca apa!) si mixeaza-le pana obtii o pasta cremoasa.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">4ï¸â£ Adauga restul ingredientelor + aproximativ 2 linguri din apa in care au stat curmalele si amesteca bine pana obtii o compozitie omogena.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">5ï¸â£ Formeaza bilute mici si tavaleste-le prin nuca de cocos sau nuci macinate.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">âï¸ Tine-le la frigider inainte de servire – sunt mult mai bune reci!</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">ð¡ Sfat:<br />
Nu arunca apa in care au stat curmalele! O poti folosi pentru a indulci cafeaua sau ceaiul. Se pastreaza la frigider pana la o saptamana sau o poti congela in cuburi de gheata.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">ð Desert perfect pentru pofta de dulce, dar si pentru un stil de viata sanatos!</p>
