<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Macinati branza de vaci cu un blender intr-o masa neteda omogena.</p>
<p>Adaugati ouale, 300 g de zahar, sare si praf de copt.</p>
<p>Amestecati totul cu un mixer pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Cerneti faina cu aceste ingrediente.</p>
<p>Framantati aluatul.</p>

<p>Ungeti generos fasiile cu unt moale, stropiti cu zahar.</p>
<p>Apoi, rulati benzile.</p>
<p>Puneti cusatura in jos pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Ungeti biscuitii cu galbenus batut.</p>
<p>Gatiti produsele de patiserie intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 de grade timp de 25-30 de minute.</p>
<p>Biscuitii vor creste de cel putin 2 ori.</p>
<p>Se racesc si se stropesc cu zahar pudra.</p>
<p>Serviti-le cu ceai sau alte bauturi calde.</p>
<p>In mod surprinzator, astfel de produse de patiserie raman moi si aerisite chiar si in a doua zi.</p>
