<p>Pentru umplere:</p>
<p>crema de branza Philadelphia, mascarpone sau ricotta &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>zahar pudra &#8211; 1 lingura</p>
<p>faina simpla &#8211; 1 lingura</p>
<p>coaja de lamaie &#8211; dupa gust</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-un bol se pune untul taiat bucatele, se acopera cu zahar si zahar vanilat sau esenta. Adaugati doua oua si amestecati totul cu un tel intr-o masa omogena.</p>
<p>Untul trebuie dizolvat complet in celelalte ingrediente.</p>
<p>Apoi cerneti faina simpla cu praful de copt in amestec si faceti un aluat dens, elastic si nelipicios.</p>
<p>Rasturnati aluatul pe o suprafata de lucru cu faina si intindeti o chifla mare dreptunghiulara de aproximativ 3 mm grosime.</p>
<p>Cu ajutorul unui taietor rotund sau a gatului unei cani sau pahar, taiati din aluat cercuri de aproximativ 5 cm in diametru si asezati-le pe o tava de copt acoperita cu hartie de copt.</p>

<p>Pune crema de branza intr-un bol, adauga o lingura de zahar pudra si coaja rasa de aproximativ jumatate de lamaie.</p>
<p>Presarati o lingura de faina simpla si amestecati totul cu o spatula intr-un amestec omogen si uniform.</p>
<p>Apoi umpleti o punga de decorare cu un varf decorativ cu acest amestec.</p>
<p>Creati o linie groasa cu crema in mijlocul fiecarui cerc de aluat, astfel incat partea decorativa sa fie indreptata de la margini.</p>
<p>Cel mai simplu mod de a realiza acest lucru este daca rulati linia din ambele parti intotdeauna de la margine la mijloc.</p>

<p>Inchideti marginile libere ale cercurilor de aluat in jurul umpluturii si apasati-le ferm pentru a nu se desface in timpul coacerii.</p>
<p>Puneti fursecurile pregatite in cuptorul incalzit la 180 °C si coaceti-le aproximativ 15-20 de minute, pana devin usor roz la suprafata.</p>
<p>Dupa coacere, se presara cu zahar pudra printr-o sita fina, se niveleaza pe o tava si se servesc ca completare la o ceasca de ceai sau cafea parfumata.</p>
