<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pregatiti mai intai aluatul.</p>
<p>Bateti oul intreg si galbenusul intr-un castron adanc.</p>
<p>Adaugati sarea, untul (temperatura camerei), zaharul pudra si zaharul vanilat.</p>
<p>Amestecati totul bine cu un tel pana obtineti un aluat neted si cremos.</p>
<p>Adaugati sucul de lamaie si amestecati din nou bine.</p>
<p>Adaugati incet faina si amestecati.</p>
<p>Mai intai va merge cu un tel, dar apoi va trebui sa framantati cu mainile.</p>
<p>Framantam aluatul cu mainile pe un blat presarat cu faina.</p>
<p>In cele din urma, trebuie sa obtineti o minge moale, fara bulgari, care sa nu se lipeasca.</p>
<p>Stropiti suprafata de lucru cu faina si intindeti o foaie rotunda, de dimensiune medie, din aluat.</p>
<p>Preincalziti cuptorul la 180 de grade.</p>
<p>Luati forme pentru biscuiti (de exemplu sub forma de floare) si taiati biscuitii.</p>
<p>Puteti alege orice forma.</p>
<p>Daca nu aveti forme, puteti folosi cu usurinta un pahar obisnuit.</p>
<p>Amestecati aluatul ramas intr-o bila.</p>
<p>Intindeti-l si taiati-l din nou pana cand ramaneti fara aluat.</p>
<p>Intindeti biscuitii pe o tava de copt si lasati spatiu intre ei.</p>
<p>Coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade timp de 10-12 minute.</p>
<p>Depinde de cuptor.</p>
<p>Scoateti biscuitii din cuptor, intindeti-i cu dulceata preferata si apoi lipiti-i.</p>
