<p>Pentru pandispanul cu nuci:</p>
<p>6 oua</p>
<p>150 g zahar granulat</p>
<p>3 linguri apa</p>
<p>50 ml ulei de gatit</p>
<p>150 g faina</p>
<p>6 g praf de copt</p>
<p>150 g nuci (macinate)</p>
<p>Pentru crema:</p>
<p>3 galbenusuri</p>
<p>80 g praf de budinca (vanilie)</p>
<p>100 g zahar granulat</p>
<p>700 ml lapte</p>
<p>120 g zahar pudra</p>
<p>250 g unt</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Framantam un aluat mediu moale din ingredientele foii de miere.</p>
<p>Impartim aluatul in doua parti si le intindem pe rand pe fundul tavii de 30*38 cm, le tinem pe fiecare in cuptoul preincalzit la 180 grade C cate 6-7 minute.</p>
<p>Pentru pandispanul cu nuci amestecam galbenusurile cu 2/3 din zahar, apa, uleiul si nucile pana se formeaza un aluat neted.</p>
<p>Albusurile se bat spuma cu restul de 1/3 din zahar pana se formeaza varfuri tari si se amesteca cu grija masa de nuci, apoi faina amestecata cu praful de copt.</p>
<p>Turnam masa intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt (pe care am copt foile) si coacem pandispansul la cuptor la 180 de grade pentru 25 de minute.</p>
<p>Incercati testul cu scobitoarea pentru siguranta.</p>
<p>Pentru crema, amestecam bine galbenusurile cu zaharul granulat, laptele si praful de budinca, apoi gatim pana se ingroasa, amestecand continuu.</p>
<p>Amestecam untul cu zaharul pudra, iar cand s-a racit crema le amestecam pe cele doua.</p>
<p>Am pus o foaie cu miere pe o tava, am intins pe ea jumatate din crema, apoi punem blatul cu nuca, restul cremei si ultima foaie cu miere.</p>
<p>Presaram blatul cu zahar pudra.</p>
<p>Merita sa-l faceti cu o zi inainte, pentru ca poate fi feliat mai bine a doua zi.</p>
