<p>Ingrediente pentru crema:</p>
<p>branza de vaci &#8211; 400 g;</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 4 buc.;</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 100 g;</p>
<p>coaja de lamaie;</p>
<p>suc de lamaie &#8211; o lingurita;</p>
<p>sare &#8211; ¼ lingurita;</p>
<p>esenta de vanilie dupa gust sau un pliculet d ezahar vanilat.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti ouale la temperatura camerei intr-un castron, adaugati un praf de sare si zahar granulat.</p>
<p>Pentru a pregati aluatul, produsele trebuie batute pana la o spuma pufoasa.</p>
<p>Turnati ulei vegetal in masa de oua, amestecati.</p>
<p>Separat, combinati faina cu praful de copt, cernati apoi in masa de oua.</p>
<p>Cu o spatula, apoi cu mainile, framantati aluatul elastic.</p>
<p>Rulam aluatul rezultat intr-un strat de 0,5 mm grosime.</p>
<p>Un strat dreptunghiular (30&#215;20 cm) trebuie impartit in 15 patrate.</p>

<p>Bateti ouale cu sare si zahar pentru o baza cremoasa pana se formeaza o spuma.</p>
<p>Cu un blender de imersie, creati o masa cremoasa din branza de vaci.</p>
<p>Se adauga coaja si sucul de lamaie in umplutura, vanilina, se bate cu un mixer timp de un minut.</p>
<p>Punem crema in formele de briose.</p>

<p>Coaceti prajiturile la 180 de grade in cuptor pentru 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Apoi, coaceti desertul la 100 de grade in acelasi mod timp de 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Dupa coacere, prajiturile nu trebuie scoase din cuptor pentru cel putin 15 minute.</p>
