<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Daca dovleceii sunt tineri, atunci nu este necesar sa curatati coaja.</p>
<p>Eu am avut dovlecei mai maturi si asa i-am decojit.</p>
<p>Apoi trebuie sa taiati dovlecelul la dimensiunea pe care o aveti.</p>
<p>Marimea si forma nu conteaza.</p>
<p>Eu i-am taiat cu un cutit special in betisoare mici portionate.</p>

<p>Agaugam faina si amidon la dovlecelul tocat si amestecam totul bine.</p>

<p>Se adauga apoi ouale si se amesteca din nou bine, avand grija ca fiecare bucata de dovlecel sa fie in ou.</p>

<p>Si acum, in aceasta etapa, se adauga sare si piper.</p>
<p>Se amesteca si se pun intr-o tigaie fierbinte cu ulei vegetal.</p>

<p>Cand vedem ca o parte a dovlecelului a capatat o culoare aurie, intoarcem pe cealalta parte.</p>
<h3>Si asa ii prajim din toate partile.</h3>
<p>Cand dovleceii sunt prajiti, scoateti-i pe un prosop de hartie pentru a indeparta excesul de ulei.</p>
<p>Cand dovleceii s-au uscat, transferati-i intr-un bol de salata pentru preparare ulterioara.</p>
<p>Adaugati usturoiul tocat marunt la dovleceii inca calzi.</p>
