<p>5 linguri de zahar</p>
<p>stafide sau fulgi de ciocolata pentru decor.</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti laptele pe foc la fiert, iar cand apar bule, cerneti grisul, adaugati zahar vanilat si amestecati energic.</p>
<p>Lasati toate acestea sa fiarba 5 minute, apoi luati oala de pe foc.</p>
<p>Bateti ouale cu zaharul pudra si adaugati in gris, apoi amestecati.</p>
<p>Ungeti forma de copt cu unt, stropiti cu zahar, turnati amestecul si coaceti timp de 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Scoateti budinca din cuptor si intoarceti-o imediat, astfel incat caramelul sa se topeasca, apoi raciti-o.</p>
<p>Servin desertul decorat cu stafide sau fulgi de ciocolata.</p>

<p>150 g faina</p>
<p>150 g gris</p>
<p>2 linguri zahar</p>
<p>1 lingura praf de copt</p>
<p>1 lingura drojdie uscata</p>
<p>1 lingurita sare</p>
<p>550 ml apa calda</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Cerneti faina printr-o sita intr-un castron adanc, adaugati grisul, turnati sare si zahar pudra, adaugati praful de copt si drojdia.</p>
