<p>Zahar 2 lingurite</p>
<p>Sare 1 praf</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Aranjati stafidele si prunele uscate pe diferite farfurii si turnati peste apa clocotita.</p>
<p>Se lasa putin pentru ca fructele uscate sa se umfle bine.</p>
<p>Puteti folosi si alte fructe uscate dupa gust.</p>
<p>Curatati dovleacul de seminte, taiati coaja si taiati cuburi.</p>

<p>Transferati cuburile tocate intr-o cratita, acoperiti cu apa si puneti-o la foc mediu.</p>
<p>Gatiti acoperit 7-10 minute, pana se inmoaie.</p>
<p>Ungeti un vas adanc rezistent la cuptor cu unt.</p>
<p>Scurgeti apa din stafide si prune.</p>
<p>Taiati prunele in bucati mici.</p>
<p>Scurgeti dovleacul pe jumatate terminat intr-o strecuratoare, apoi transferati intr-o forma.</p>
<p>Se presara apoi dovleacul cu stafide si prune uscate.</p>
<p>Optional, puteti adauga si caise uscate sau nuci.</p>
<p>Pregatiti umplutura: bateti un ou intr-un castron adanc, bateti putin cu o furculita sau un tel.</p>
<p>Apoi turnati smantana cu un continut de grasime de pana la 20% in amestecul de ou, adaugati un praf de sare si zahar granulat.</p>

<p>Se amesteca totul bine si se umple dovleacul cu fructe uscate cu amestecul rezultat.</p>
<p>Introduceti caserola in cuptorul preincalzit la 200 de grade si coaceti aproximativ 30 de minute.</p>
