<p>1-2 umbrele de marar</p>
<p>1 frunze sau tulpina de hrean</p>
<p>2 bucati de ardei iute (1,5-2 cm)</p>
<p>Pentru marinata (pentru 1 litru de apa):</p>
<p>2 linguri sare</p>
<p>1 lingura zahar</p>
<p>4-5 boabe de piper negru</p>
<p>1 lingurita seminte de mustar</p>
<p>2-3 frunze de dafin</p>
<p>50 ml otet la 1 borcan de 1,5 litri, 9% otet de masa</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Castravetii ii spalam bine.</p>
<p>Taiati capetele, umpleti cu apa timp de 1-2 ore.</p>
<p>Sterilizez borcanele la cuptorul cu microunde, dupa ce am turnat putina apa in fiecare borcan.</p>
<p>Capacele nu pot fi sterilizate intr-un cuptor cu microunde, le pun in apa clocotita.</p>
<p>Punem condimentele (usturoi, frunze de cires, marar si hrean) in borcanele pregatite.</p>
<p>Apoi, asezati castravetii strans.</p>
<p>In procesul de umplere a borcanelor, puneti o bucata de ardei iute (optional).</p>
<p>Cand toate borcanele sunt pline, cat mai atent posibil, umpleti-le treptat pana la varf cu apa clocotita, acoperiti cu capace si lasati sa stea timp de 15 minute.</p>
<p>Aceasta nu este inca o marinata, ci simpla apa curata.</p>
<p>Dupa 15 minute, scurgeti apa din borcane.</p>
<p>Umpleti cu o noua portie de apa clocotita si lasati sa stea inca 15 minute.</p>
<p>In timp ce castravetii si condimentele se incalzesc a doua oara, pregatiti marinada.</p>
<p>Se amesteca sare, zahar, condimente, se fierbe timp de 3 minute.</p>
<p>Adaugati otet separat in fiecare borcan.</p>
<p>Dupa 15 minute, scurgeti din nou apa si umpleti imediat borcanele cu marinata clocotita.</p>
<p>Lasati loc pentru otet.</p>
<p>Un borcan de 1,5 litri va necesita 50 ml de otet.</p>
<p>Adaugam marinada pana la gat, astfel incat sa inceapa chiar sa curga putin peste margine.</p>
<p>Inchidem cu capace sterile.</p>
<p>Intoarcem imediat castravetii cu susul in jos si lasam in aceasta pozitie pana se racesc complet.</p>
<p>NU acoperiti partea de sus!</p>
<p>Daca acoperiti, castravetii se vor dovedi a fi moi in loc de crocanti.</p>
