<p>Broccoli &#8211; aproximativ 1 kg &#8211; puteti combina broccoli si conopida</p>

<p>1 lingura de lapte</p>
<p>1 ardei (rosu, verde)</p>
<p>o rosie</p>
<p>1 ceapa</p>
<p>3 linguri de ulei</p>
<p>Pentru sos:</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>2 cani lapte (400 ml)</p>
<p>5 linguri de ulei</p>
<p>4 linguri de faina</p>
<p>1 lingurita sare</p>
<p>1 pliculet praf de copt</p>
<p>Patrunjel sau alta verdeata dupa gust</p>
<p>Branza, cascaval sau mozzarella rasa</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Impartiti broccoli-ul in bucatele mai mici si gatiti cateva minute in apa sarata in care adaugam o lingura de lapte (nu trebuie sa fiarba, oricum se va coace la cuptor).</p>
<p>Scurgeti broccoli. Curatam si taiem ceapa.</p>
<p>Se caleste in putin ulei.</p>
<p>Acum puneti broccoli si ceapa intr-un vas de copt uns.</p>
<p>Adaugam si rosii si ardei tocat.</p>

<p>Acum sa pregatim sosul. Se amesteca toate ingredientele intr-un recipient.</p>
<p>Amestecam si patrunjel tocat marunt.</p>
<p>Se toarna peste legume si dam tava la cuptor.</p>
<p>Se presara cu branza rasa si se coace la 190 de grade pentru aproximativ 25 de minute .</p>
