<p>Se prepara din 100 ml de cafea neagra tare cu 100 g zahar si o ciocolata. Intr-un castron mic separat, amestecati 3 galbenusuri de ou cu putin lapte si turnati peste cafeaua cu ciocolata.</p>
<p>Amestecand constant &#8211; la foc mic &#8211; gatiti pana obtineti o crema groasa. <p>Se raceste bine, apoi se amesteca cu spuma batuta din 200 ml de smantana sau crema de branza.</p>

<p>Se amesteca trei galbenusuri de ou cu 150 g zahar si jumatate de pachet de zahar vanilat pana se spumeaza, apoi se dilueaza cu 50 ml lapte &#8211; se fierbe la foc mic pana se formeaza o crema groasa.</p>
<p>Scoateti crema de pe foc si amestecati, apoi cand incepe sa se raceasca, adaugati o ciocolata si 100 g de unt moale, amestecati bine si, in cele din urma, amestecati cu 200 g de castane rase.</p>
<p>Putem aroma crema cu putina esenta de rom.</p>
<p>3. Crema de ciocolata gatita</p>
<p>Doua oua intregi se amesteca cu 2 linguri de faina, 200 g zahar pudra si 2-3 linguri de lapte rece.</p>
<p>Se amesteca 3 linguri de pudra de cacao, se toarna 200 ml lapte si se amesteca continuu, se fierbe la foc mic sau pe abur, pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Scoateti de pe foc si amestecati mai departe, sfaramati 100 g de unt sau margarina amestecati, apoi lasati sa se raceasca. Atunci va fi o crema tare si groasa.</p>
<p>4. Crema de cafea</p>
<p>Se prepara similar cu crema de ciocolata de sus, doar in loc de 200 ml lapte, punem numai 100 ml si 100 ml punem cafea tare.</p>
<p>5. Crema de lamaie</p>
<p>Amestecati doua oua intregi cu 2 linguri de faina, 200 g de zahar pudra, 100 ml de lapte si gatiti la foc mic.</p>
<p>Scoateti oala de pe foc, amestecati pana cand crema este calduta, radeti coaja de la 2 lamai, adaugati zeama de la o lamaie si amestecati cu 150 g de unt moale.</p>
<p>6. Crema de vanilie</p>
<p>Se amesteca doua oua intregi intr-o spuma cu 100 g de zahar, 1 lingura de faina fina.</p>
<p>Se toarna 100 ml de lapte, se pune jumatate de bat de vanilie in amestec si se gateste pana se ingroasa, amestecand constant la foc mic sau la abur.</p>
<p>Scoateti de pe foc, amestecand mai departe si cand crema este calduta amestecam cu 100 g de unt moale.</p>
<p>7. Crema de caramel cu nuca</p>
<p>Se amesteca bine patru galbenusuri de ou cu 140 g zahar si 140 g unt, apoi se adauga 140 g nuci maruntite, dar nu macinate.</p>
<p>140 g de zahar se caramelizeaza usor, se toarna in crema si se amesteca viguros timp de un minut sau doua, punand vasul pe foc mic.</p>
