<p><strong>Crema</strong></p>
<p>Nu este dificil sa prepari crema. Baza este amestecarea galbenusurilor cu vanilie si zahar si incalzirea lor usoara.</p>
<p>Cand se obtine consistenta dorita, adaugati lapte, gatiti totul scurt, ingrosati cu faina, fierbeti si apoi totul este gata.</p>
<p>Solutie simpla si universala pentru multe deserturi.</p>
<p><strong>Crema de budinca:</strong></p>
<p>Se pune laptele la fiert, se adauga praful de budinca si se amesteca pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Dam de pe foc si amestecam untul coaja de lamaie si zaharul vanilat.</p>
<p><strong>Crema de unt</strong></p>
<p>Crema are la baza unt, care se lasa sa se relaxeze la temperatura camerei si apoi amestecat cu zahar si apoi cu oua.</p>
<p>Amestecul se va incalzi treptat pana se ingroasa usor.</p>
<p>In acel moment, se adauga ingredientele ramase si se asteapta ca crema sa aiba consistenta dorita.</p>
<p><strong>Crema de lapte condensat</strong></p>

<p>Lasati untul sa se incalzeasca, taiati in bucati mai mici si dizolvati incet.</p>
