<p>3/4 linguri bicarbonat de sodiu</p>
<p>1 lingura otet</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>Crema:</p>
<p>2 budinci de vanilie</p>
<p>1 l lapte</p>
<p>o cutie de mascarpone</p>
<p>250g unt</p>
<p>In plus:</p>
<p>100 g nuci</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1. Se dizolva margarina, se adauga zahar, miere si se amesteca bine.</p>
<p>Se amesteca otetul cu bicarbonat de sodiu si se adauga la amestec (amestecul se va intuneca).</p>
<p>Scoateti masa de pe foc si raciti-o.</p>
<p>Adaugati 2 oua si faina cernuta la masa racita.</p>
<p>Amestecati totul bine si cand se ingroasa, puneti pe masa de patiserie si framantati aluatul.</p>
<p>Daca este necesar, presarati aluatul cu faina.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in 4 parti egale, fiecare dintre ele se ruleaza subtire si se transfera pe o tava de copt de 36&#215;24 tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Coaceti fiecare foaie timp de 7 minute la 180 de grade.</p>
<p>2. Se fierb 2 pahare de lapte si se dizolva restul de lapte cu praful de budinca, se amesteca si se toarna peste laptele care fierbe.</p>
<p>Se fierbe budinca si se lasa la racit.</p>
<p>Radeti untul in crema si adaugati treptat mascaropne alternativ cu budinca rece.</p>
<p>Intindeti crema alternativ pe foi, ultimul strat trebuie sa fiee crema. Ornam cu nuci.</p>
<p>Puneti prajitura la frigider peste noapte pentru a face foile sa se inmoaie.</p>
