<p>1 ceapa mare</p>

<p>MOD DE PREPARARE</p>
<p>Intr-un castron mare, combina vinul, uleiul, ouale batute si sarea. Separat, combina faina cu praful de copt si apoi adauga peste compozitia lichida.</p>
<p>Toaca ceapa marunt si caleste-o putin. Adauga peste bacon-ul si mai caleste cateva minute. Scurge amestecul ca sa nu strice aluatul mai tarziu.</p>
<p>Feliaza maslinele, toaca patrunjelul (daca vrei sa pui) si taie sunca. Adauga totul (inclusiv branza si cascavalul peste aluat). Toarna intr-o forma de chec si da la cuptorul preincalzit timp de 1 ora.</p>

<p>1 kg carne tocata</p>
<p>2 cepe</p>

<p>2 lingurite maghiran uscat</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>6 carnati</p>
<p>80 g unt</p>
<p>8 felii bacon</p>
<p>MOD DE PREPARARE</p>
<p>1. Miezul de paine inmuiat in putina apa, apoi stors, se amesteca cu carnea, ceapa cubulete, sarea, piperul, maghiranul,</p>
<p>patrunjelul tocat si ouale.</p>
<p>2. Se tapeteaza cu hartie de copt o forma de chec. Se toarna ⅓ din compozitie. Apoi se asaza 3 carnati, pe lung, intregi. Se acopera cu amestec de carne si se repeta.</p>
<p>3. Se pun deasupra feliile de bacon si se baga in cuptorul incalzit in prealabil, cca 45 de minute.</p>
