<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca fulgii de ovaz cu laptele fierbinte intr-un bol si se lasa sa se odihneasca 10 minute.</p>
<p>Curatati bananele si zdrobiti-le cu o furculita.</p>
<p>Se amesteca apoi piureul de banane in fulgii de ovaz cu lapte, apoi adaugam ouale batute.</p>

<p>Intr-un alt bol, amestecati cacao cu praful de copt si adaugati ingredientele uscate la amestecul de banane.</p>
<p>Puneti aluatul rezultat intr-o forma de copt tapetata cu hartie de copt, pe care o ungeti cu putin ulei.</p>
<p>Stropiti suprafata cu nuca maruntita si coaceti in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 °C timp de 40 de minute.</p>

<p>Nota: timpul de coacere depinde de performanta cuptorului dumneavoastra. Va puteti da seama daca checul este copt introducand o frigaruie in el.</p>
<p>Daca iese curata, este gata.</p>
<p>Daca se lipeste putin de aluat, mai coaceti putin.</p>
<p>La final, amestecati ciocolata rupta cu uleiul intr-un bol si lasati-o sa se topeasca pe baie de apa sau la cuptorul cu microunde.</p>
