<p>100 g faina de grau</p>
<p>20 g de cacao</p>
<p>Pentru insiropare:</p>
<p>3/4 &#8211; 1 cana de cafea neagra tare indulcita cu o lingurita de zahar</p>
<p>Crema:</p>
<p>180 g de unt</p>
<p>1 kg branza de vaci macinata</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>250 g zahar</p>
<p>150 ml de lapte</p>
<p>2 budinci de vanilie fara zahar (2 × 40 g)</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Blat de cacao:</p>
<p>Toate ingredientele trebuie sa fie la temperatura camerei.</p>
<p>Bateti albusurile tari cu un praf de sare, adaugati treptat zahar, amestecand tot timpul.</p>
<p>Bateti galbenusurile intr-un castron, turnati in albusuri cu zahar si amestecati.</p>
<p>In cele din urma, adaugati ingredientele uscate cernute (faina si cacao), amestecati usor in spuma cu o spatula.</p>
<p>Puneti aluatul intr-o tava de copt cu dimensiunile de 30 × 25 cm in care am pus hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Coaceti intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 de grade C timp de 20-25 de minute pana la asa-numitul bat uscat.</p>
<p>Scoateti din cuptor si lasati sa se raceasca complet.</p>
<p>Pregatiti al doilea blat in acelasi mod.</p>
<p>Masa de branza:</p>
<p>Topiti untul intr-o oala mare.</p>
<p>Bateti ouale intr-un castron cu zahar pana cand sunt usoare si pufoase, apoi adaugati casul si amestecati.</p>
<p>Puneti masa de branza-ou intr-o oala cu unt topit, aduceti la fierbere, amestecand din cand in cand, astfel incat masa sa nu arda.</p>
<p>Intre timp, dizolvati budincile in lapte.</p>
<p>Se toarna amestecul de budinca in oala, amestecand energic, se aduce din nou la fierbere pana se formeaza o masa groasa si uniforma.</p>
<p>Scoateti de pe aragaz, acoperiti partea superioara a cremei cu folie alimentara pentru a evita formarea unei cruste si lasati-o sa se raceasca usor.</p>
<p>Taiati crusta superioara de pe blaturi.</p>
<p>Se sfarama si se pune intr-un castron &#8211; acsta va fi decorul nostru.</p>
<p>Puneti primul blat intr-o tava, inmuiati-l cu cafea tare racita, puneti jumatate din crema de branza putin calda.</p>
<p>Acoperiti cu al doilea blat, apasati-l in jos si inmuiati-l cu cafea.</p>
<p>Puneti restul cremei deasupra si presarati ramasitele zdrobite de blat.</p>
<p>Raciti prajitura la frigider peste noapte.</p>
