<p>Amestecul de branza de vaci:</p>
<p>branza de vaci &#8211; 1000 g</p>
<p>zahar granulat &#8211; 215 g</p>
<p>galbenus &#8211; 4 buc.</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 2 buc.</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 500 ml</p>
<p>budinca de vanilie &#8211; 2 buc.</p>

<p>Bezea:</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Mai intai pregatiti aluatul.</p>
<p>Se amesteca intr-un castron zaharul, untul inmuiat, zaharul vanilat, praful de copt, galbenusurile de ou si faina.</p>
<p>Framantati ingredientele intr-un aluat, pe care il intindeti uniform intr-o tava de copt tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>

<p>Acum pregatiti amestecul de branza.</p>
<p>Se amesteca zaharul cu galbenusurile si ouale intregi.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati praful de budinca cu laptele si bateti din nou.</p>
<p>La sfarsit adaugam branza de vaci si turnam amestecul batut peste aluatul din vasul de copt.</p>
<p>Se coace cca 45 de minute la o temperatura de 170 de grade.</p>
<p>Albusurile se bat spuma intr-un castron si se adauga treptat zaharul in timp ce se bate incontinuu.</p>
<p>Puneti zapada rezultata pe aluatul cu crema si coaceti desertul in cuptorul preincalzit la 150 °C pentru inca 10-15 minute.</p>
