<p>esenta de vanilie</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 50 g</p>
<p>un varf de cutit de sare</p>
<p>un ou</p>
<p>Pentru umplere veti avea nevoie de:</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 60 g</p>
<p>scortisoara</p>
<p>jumatate de lamaie</p>
<p>mere &#8211; 700-800 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Preincalziti laptele intr-o stare calda.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati zahar si drojdie. Se lasa o vreme sa se raceasca putin (10-15 minute).</p>
<p>Etapa urmatoare &#8211; adaugati faina, esenta de vanilie, ou si amestecati bine, adaugati sare si unt.</p>
<p>Se amesteca la o astfel de consistenta incat aluatul sa nu se lipeasca de maini.</p>
<p>Acoperiti aluatul si asteptati pana creste. Intr-o ora ar trebui sa isi dubleze volumul.</p>
<p>In timp ce aluatul este intins, incepeti sa gatiti umplutura. Curatati merele si taiati-le in cuburi mici.</p>
<p>Transferam merele feliate intr-o tigaie, presaram cu zahar deasupra si stoarcem zeama de lamaie, fierbem pana se evapora tot lichidul.</p>
<p>La sfarsit adaugati scortisoara.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in parti egale. Formati bile.</p>
<p>Acoperiti din nou cu folie alimentara si asteptati inca 15 minute.</p>
<p>Presarati suprafata cu faina si incepeti sa formati o painica din fiecare bila, puneti umplutura de mere in interior.</p>
<p>Intindeti chiflele terminate pe o tava acoperita cu hartie de copt si lasati-o sa stea inca 15 minute.</p>
<p>Ungeti chiflele cu ou. Daca se doreste, pot fi presarate cu seminte de susan sau zahar.</p>
<p>Chiftelele trebuie coapte la 180 de grade pana se rumenesc.</p>
