<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti laptele caldut, zaharul si drojdia uscata intr-un castron si amestecati totul.</p>
<p>Adaugati untul inmuiat, sarea si oul si amestecati totul din nou bine.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati treptat faina cernuta in bol si amestecati.</p>
<p>Apoi intoarceti aluatul finit pe o suprafata infainata si lucrati cu mana pana devine neted si nelipicios.</p>
<p>Se poate folosi si un robot.</p>
<p>Punem aluatul din nou in bol, acoperim cu folie si lasam la dospit o ora.</p>
<p>Puneti branza de vaci intr-un alt castron.</p>
<p>Adaugati zaharul si albusul unui ou, pastrand galbenusul pentru mai tarziu.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugam smantana si amestecam totul.</p>
<p>Intoarceti aluatul pe o suprafata cu faina si impartiti-l in doua parti.</p>
<p>Rulati fiecare intr-o chifla aproximativ patrata.</p>
<p>Taiati-o in jumatate cu o roata de pizza si apoi taiati fiecare jumatate in 5 fasii.</p>
<p>Taiati un model in forma de copac in fiecare banda, dar nu pana la margini.</p>
<p>Lasati marginea inferioara a benzii libera, in schimb puneti aici o lingura de branza de vaci.</p>

<p>Apoi rulati de la aceasta margine de jos spre sus.</p>
<p>Asezati chiflele pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Acoperiti-le cu folie si lasati-le la crescut timp de 10 minute.</p>
<p>Se bat apoi galbenusul cu putin lapte, se ung chiflele cu acest amestec si se coc in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C pentru aproximativ 25 de minute.</p>
<p>Apoi le lasam sa se raceasca pe un gratar si servim.</p>
