<p>Ingrediente pentru umplutura:</p>
<p>branza tare la alegere &#8211; 300 g</p>
<p>ierburi la alegere &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>sare &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Spargeti ouale intr-un castron adanc, adaugati zahar si sare si amestecati pana se obtine un amestec omogen.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati ulei, lapte cald si drojdie uscata.</p>
<p>Amestecati din nou si incepeti treptat sa cerneti faina.</p>
<p>La final se adauga untul inmuiat si se framanta cu mainile pana se obtine un aluat gros, moale si lipicios.</p>
<p>Formati aluatul astfel pregatit intr-o forma rotunda uniforma si lasati-l la dospit acoperit cu folie alimentara sau cu un prosop aproximativ 2 ore la loc cald si uscat.</p>
<p>Cand s-a dospit aluatul, imparti-l in 4 parti egale, neteziti-l intr-o forma rotunda si lasati-l din nou acoperit aproximativ 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Intre timp, puteti sa pregatiti umplutura.</p>
<p>Razuiti branza tare fin si adaugati ierburi feliate (arpagic proaspat, ceapa primavara sau marar, de exemplu) sunt cele mai bune.</p>
<p>Adaugati sare sau condimente dupa gust, dupa cum este necesar si gata.</p>
<p>Din fiecare bucata rotunda de aluat, creati o clatita rotunda, pe care apoi o taiati in aproximativ 6 triunghiuri de dimensiuni egale .</p>
<p>Apoi taiati-le usor pe fiecare si aplicati aproximativ 2 lingurite de umplutura pe partea lor mai larga.</p>

<p>Apoi rulati triunghiurile.</p>
<p>Apoi asezati uniform cornuletele pe o tava de copt si apoi intindeti-le usor cu galbenus de ou batut.</p>

<p>La final, puneti tava intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 de grade, unde coaceti aproximativ 25-30 de minute pana cand devin aurii.</p>
