<p>morcov, 1 buc;</p>
<p>ulei vegetal, 50 ml;</p>
<p>usturoi, 2 catei;</p>
<p>ierburi, sare, piper, condimente dupa gust.</p>
<p>Pentru a pregati aluatul aveti nevoie de:</p>
<p>oua, 2 buc;</p>
<p>chefir, smantana sau iaurt natural, 200 ml;</p>
<p>praf de copt si sare, cate 0,5 lingurite;</p>
<p>faina, 150 g</p>
<p>Procesul de gatire:</p>
<p>Fierbeti orezul in apa cu sare.</p>
<p>Cartofii trebuie, de asemenea, fierti si facuti piure.</p>
<p>Taiati marunt ceapa, dati morcovul pe razatoarea grosiera si caliti-le in ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Amestecati cartofii cu orezul si legumele, adaugati usturoi ras, condimente, sare si piper, ierburi.</p>
<p>Se amesteca bine masa pana la omogenizare.</p>
<p>Formam din masa chiftelute mici, rotunde.</p>

<p>Pentru aluat, amestecati toate produsele, adaugati praful de copt la sfarsit.</p>
<p>Se amesteca bine pentru ca aluatul sa fie omogen.</p>
<p>Inmuiati fiecare chifteluta in aluat si puneti-o in uleiul vegetal incalzit intr-o tigaie.</p>

<p>Prajiti pana devin aurii pe ambele parti.</p>

<p>Se servesc cu smantana, iaurt grecesc cu putin usturoi, unt topit sau pur si simplu fara nimic.</p>
