<p>Lapte dupa gust</p>
<p>Pentru carne tocata:</p>
<p>Ceapa &#8211; 1 buc.</p>
<p>Carne tocata &#8211; 500 gr.</p>
<p>Sare &#8211; 1 / 2 lingurite</p>
<p>Boia de ardeiĀ &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Ardei dulce &#8211; 1 / 2 lingurite</p>
<p>Usturoi uscat &#8211; 1 / 2 lingurite</p>
<p>Faina &#8211; 2-3 linguri</p>
<p>Lapte -300 ml.</p>
<p>Branza &#8211; 100 gr.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Punem cartofii la fiert, tocam ceapa marunt si o calim in putin ulei.</p>
<p>Adaugam carnea tocata in tigaie, peste ceapa si amestecam.</p>
<p>Cand carnea este aproape gata, adaugam condimente, sare, piper, boia si altele dupa gust.</p>
<p>Punem 2-3 linguri de faina si amestecam.</p>
<p>Adaugam laptele in tigaie, peste carnea tocata si amestecam pana cand amestectul se ingroasa.</p>

<p>Cand cartofii s-au fiert, adaugam unt, un ou crud, sare dupa gust si putin lapte pentru a se lega.</p>
<p>Pisam cartofii ca pentru piure.</p>
<p>Ungem o tava cu putin unt, punem piureul de carofi si apoi carnea tocata.</p>

<p>Dam branza sau cascavalul pe razatoare si punem in tava peste carnea tocata.</p>
