<p>-1 pahar de apa minerala;</p>
<p>-2 lingurite zahar;</p>
<p>-un varf de sare;</p>
<p>-1 linura ulei;</p>
<p>-faina.</p>
<p>Se amesteca toate energic pentru a nu se forma bule. Se coc in tigaia pentru clatite unsa cu putin ulei.</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru umplutura:</p>
<p>-1 kg spanac;</p>
<p>-2 cepe;</p>
<p>-cativa catei de usturoi;</p>
<p>-1 lingura de vegeta;</p>
<p>-o ceasca de smantana;</p>
<p>-sare, piper;</p>
<p>-3-4 linguri de ulei.</p>
<p>Se incalzeste uleiul intr-o tigaie si se toaca ceapa cubulete. Se condimenteaza ceapa rumenita cu vegeta si apoi se adauga spanacul. Se amesteca cateva minute, apoi se adauga usturoiul.</p>
<p>Se adauga sare, piper. Cand spanacul s-a inmuiat destul, luati tigaia de pe foc si adaugati smnatana. Se amesteca bine.</p>
<p>Puteti adauga si branza in compozitie.</p>
<p>Rulati clatitele cu aceasta umplutura.</p>
