<p>1 pliculet de zahar vanilat</p>
<h3>Mod de preparare:</h3>
<p>Se bat ouale usor cu un tel, apoi se adauga jumatate din faina si lapte si se amesteca totul bine.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati cealalta jumatate de faina si lapte, putina sare, zahar vanilat si ulei si uniformizati, astfel incat sa nu existe bulgari.</p>
<p>In cele din urma adaugati apa acidulata si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Lasati amestecul la frigider timp de 1 ora.</p>
<p>Ungeti tigaia pentru<a href="https://bucatarianoastra.online/reteta-pentru-clatite-subtiri-si-pufoase-se-pot-umple-cu-orice-dulceata/"> clatite</a> cu cateva picaturi de ulei si incalziti-o bine, apoi turnati un polonic din amestec in ea, intindeti-o rapid si uniform pe toate partile tigaii si coaceti cateva secunde pe o parte, apoi intoarceti clatita peste cealalta parte.</p>
<p>Puneti clatitele una peste cealalta si acopetiti cu folie de aluminiu.</p>
<p>Cand ati terminat de facut toate clatitele, puteti sa le umpleti cu ce doriti.</p>
<h3>O alta reteta asemanatoare:</h3>
<h3>Ingrediente:</h3>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>500 ml kefir</p>
<p>300 ml de apa</p>
<p>300 g de faina</p>
<p>0,5 lingurite sare</p>
<p>0,5 lingurite bicarbonat de sodiu</p>
<p>1 lingura zahar</p>
<p>3 linguri ulei</p>
<p>200 g de branza</p>
<p>2 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>marar dupa gust sau orice alta verdeata</p>
<h3>Mod de preparare:</h3>
<p>Treceti usturoiul printr-o presa. Adaugati marar si sare. Frecati cu o spatula de lemn.</p>
<p>Apoi combinati cu zaharul si ouale. Se amesteca cu un tel.</p>
<p>Se toarna iaurt rece si apa. Se amesteca. Apoi adaugati bicarbonat de sodiu si amestecati din nou.</p>
<p>Introduceti treptat faina.</p>
<p>Daca aluatul este foarte gros, puteti turna putin mai multa apa.</p>
<p>La final adaugati uleiul si branza rasa (orice fel).</p>
<p>Lasati aluatul sa se odihneasca timp de 10 minute. Apoi, le puteti coace intr-o tigaie ca pe niste clatite obisnuite.</p>
<p>Serviti-le simple sau cu sosul dvs. preferat!</p>
