<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Luam 200 g de branza de vaci, adaugam 2 oua, 2 linguri de smantana, 2 linguri de unt topit, 1 pahar de faina, 1 pahar de zahar, o jumatate de lingurita de bicarbonat de sodiu si un varf de sare.</p>
<p>Se amesteca totul bine si apoi se pune in forme.</p>
<p>Puneti-le intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 de grade Celsiu timp de aproximativ 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Se presara cu zahar pudra.</p>
<p>Putem adauga stafide (sau caise uscate) in branza de vaci. Inainte, aceastea ar trebui sa fie inmuiate in apa fierbinte.</p>

<p>O reteta asemenatoare:</p>
<p>Ingrediente :</p>
<p>130 g de branza de vaci</p>
<p>1 ou mare</p>
<p>150 g de faina</p>
<p>100 g zahar</p>
<p>80 g unt moale</p>
<p>8 g praf de copt</p>
<p>un varf de vanilie si sare</p>
<p>80 g stafide sau alte fructe uscate (optional)</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti untul si zaharul cu un mixer timp de aproximativ 5 minute.</p>
<p>Adaugati branza in masa si bateti din nou.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati oul, amestecati.</p>
<p>Se amesteca faina cu praful de copt, sarea, vanilia si se cerne in aluat. Se amesteca cu un mixer pana se omogenizeaza. De asemenea,</p>
<p>puteti adauga stafide in aluat.</p>
<p>Ungeti forma cu unt, presarati faina pe fund si laterale, turnati aluatul.</p>
<p>Coaceti tortul la 170 â 30-40 minute.</p>
