<p>drojdie uscata &#8211; o jumatate de lingurita</p>
<p>praf de copt &#8211; o jumatate de lingurita</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pregatiti un bol adanc si turnati in el faina, gris, zahar, drojdia uscata, praful de copt si un praf de sare.</p>

<p>Se amesteca bine toate ingredientele.</p>
<p>Adaugati in amestec untul inmuiat la temperatura camerei, galbenusurile de ou si turnati un jet subtire de apa pe care l-ati incalzit putin in prealabil (apa nu trebuie sa fie fierbinte, doar calduta).</p>

<p>Bateti toate ingredientele cu un mixer electric timp de aproximativ 1- 2 minute.</p>
<p>Apoi acoperiti cu un prosop si lasati intr-un loc cald timp de aproximativ 1 pana la 1,5 ore.</p>
<p>Cand aluatul a crescut suficient si s-au format bule, este gata pentru prelucrare ulterioara.</p>
<p>Puneti o tigaie pe aragaz, incalziti-o si reduceti caldura la minimum.</p>
<p>Se amesteca usor aluatul crescut si se toarna un polonic pe tigaie pentru a forma o foaie subtire.</p>

<p>Se prajeste la foc mic doar pe o parte pana cand clatita se solidifica complet, se scoate cu grija din tigaie si se lasa sa se prajeasca pe cealalta parte.</p>
<p>Faceti acelasi lucru cu restul aluatului.</p>
<p>Serviti clatitele cu dulceata preferata, sau cu un sos dulce pe care il pregatiti amestecand 50 de grame de unt topit cu 70 de grame de miere lichida.</p>
