<p>Pentru crema:</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 2 buc</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>amidon de porumb &#8211; 70 g</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 500 ml</p>
<p>esenta de vanilie &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 50 g</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pregatiti crema inainte de coacere.</p>
<p>Bateti 2 oua cu zaharul intr-o cratita cu un tel pana obtineti o spuma frumoasa.</p>
<p>Adaugati amidonul de porumb si amestecati.</p>
<p>Se adauga apoi laptele si se fierbe, amestecand continuu, pana se ingroasa amestecul.</p>
<p>Apoi scoateti-l de pe aragaz si adaugati esenta de vanilie si amestecati.</p>
<p>Daca nu aveti esenta, se poate adauga zahar vanilat. Se adauga apoi untul si se amesteca pana se topeste si se lasa totul sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Se pune apoi crema intr-un bol, se acopera cu folie si se da la frigider.</p>
<p>Bateti ouale intr-un castron si lasati deoparte.</p>
<p>Turnati apa intr-o cratita cu suprafata antiaderenta si adaugati unt, un praf de sare si zahar.</p>
<p>Se pune apoi cratita pe aragaz si se fierbe pana se topeste tot untul.</p>
<p>Se scoate apoi de pe aragaz, se adauga faina cernuta si se amesteca bine.</p>
<p>Apoi se intoarce pe aragaz si, amestecand constant, prajiti aluatul la foc mic timp de 1 pana la 2 minute.</p>

<p>Cand aluatul incepe sa se lipeasca, scoateti cratita de pe aragaz.</p>
<p>Punem aluatul intr-un bol si il lasam sa se raceasca putin.</p>
<p>Apoi amestecati treptat ouale batute in aluat pana cand obtineti un aluat neted si mai subtire.</p>
<p>Tapetati tava cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Umpleti aluatul intr-o punga de patiserie si faceti banane de aproximativ 10 centimetri lungime pe foaia de copt cu un decor mai mare.</p>
<p>Lasati suficient spatiu intre ele, deoarece se vor umfla pe masura ce se coc.</p>
<p>Cu un deget inmuiat in apa, neteziti bucatile de aluat ridicate acolo unde ati terminat de rulat aluatul cu punga de patiserie.</p>
<p>Incingeti cuptorul la 190°C si coc bananele timp de 30 de minute.</p>

<p>Lasam bananele sa se raceasca apoi umpleti-le cu crema.</p>
<p>Le presaram cu zahar pudra si servim.</p>
