<p>2 linguri de bicarbonat de sodiu</p>
<p>1 lingura ketchup</p>
<p>jumatate de lamaie</p>
<p>100 ml ulei</p>
<p>sare, busuioc si piper dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pentru copanelele de pui, taiati varfurile oaselor, puneti-le intr-un castron si presarati bicarbonat de sodiu.</p>
<p>Se amesteca si se lasa sa se odihneasca timp de 2 minute.</p>
<p>Si acesta este exact secretul acestui miracol.</p>
<p>Nu trebuie sa gatesti pui in bicarbonat de sodiu, doar doua minute sunt suficiente pentru a face puiul suculent si delicios.</p>
<p>Dupa doua minute, clatiti bine fiecare copanel cu apa.</p>

<p>Acum este randul marinadei</p>
<p>Pentru a pregati marinada, amestecati mustar, ketchup, miere, stoarceti usturoiul si adaugati sucul de lamaie.</p>
<p>Puneti o tigaie adanca cu ulei pe aragaz si lasati-o sa se incalzeasca.</p>
<p>Se prajeste copanelele pe toate partile timp de aproximativ 2 minute .</p>
<p>Apoi puneti-le pe toate in aceeasi tigaie si intindeti-le pe marinada pregatita.</p>
<p>Acoperiti tigaia cu un capac si fierbeti timp de aproximativ 20 de minute la foc mic.</p>

<p>Scoateti capacul si mariti din nou focul la maxim.</p>
<p>Se adauga sare, piper si busuioc la carne.</p>
<p>Gatiti pana se evapora tot lichidul, intoarceti copanelel in mod regulat pentru a nu le arde.</p>
<p>Bicarbonatul a facut puiul mult mai fraged.</p>
<p>In interior este suculent si are o crusta excelenta crocanta.</p>
<p>Acest fel de mancare este perfect unele salate de legume.</p>
<p>Va dorim pofta buna!</p>
