<p>Chefir 100 ml</p>
<p>Galbenus de ou 1 buc.</p>
<p>Curcuma 0,25 lingurite</p>
<p>Sare 1 praf</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se toarna laptele cald intr-un recipient adanc.</p>
<p>Trimiteti zahar, drojdie, un varf de sare si un ou acolo.</p>
<p>Cerneti jumatate din faina si amestecati.</p>
<p>Se toarna untul topit si se amesteca.</p>
<p>Cernem faina ramasa si framantam aluatul.</p>
<p>Acoperiti vasul cu folie alimentara si lasati-l intr-un loc cald timp de 1,5-2 ore.</p>
<p>Aluatul va creste de cateva ori.</p>
<p>Framantam aluatul finit si il punem pe un blat.</p>
<p>Rulati-l mai intai intr-o minge.</p>
<p>Acoperiti-l cu folie alimentara si lasati-l timp de 5 minute.</p>
<p>Apoi prafuiti aluatul cu faina.</p>
<p>Rulati-l intr-un dreptunghi subtire.</p>
<p>Grosimea patului este de aproximativ 5 mm.</p>
<p>Impartiti dreptunghiul mare in cateva mai mici (8-10 buc.).</p>
<p>Acum, faceti decorul.</p>
<p>Indentati un sfert din dreptunghi.</p>
<p>Folositi un cutit pentru pizza sau un taietor obisnuit pentru a face taieturi oblice.</p>

<p>Umpleti spatiile libere cu amestecul facut.</p>
<p>Gatiti chiflele intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 170 de grade pentru 25-30 de minute.</p>
<p>Imediat ce deasupra apare o crusta aurie si lucioasa, produsele de copt pot fi scoase din cuptor.</p>
