<p>4 galbenusuri</p>
<p>300 ml lapte</p>
<p>150 gr unt gras</p>
<p>50 ml ulei</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita sare</p>
<p>Pentru umplutura:</p>
<p>5 albusuri</p>
<p>1 praf de sare</p>
<p>50 gr cacao</p>
<p>125 gr zahar</p>
<p>150 gr nuca</p>
<p>3 lingurite esenta de rom</p>
<p>Pentru uns:</p>
<p>1 galbenus de ou</p>
<p>1 lingurita lapte</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Toate ingredientele pentru reteta de cozonac moldovenesc cu nuca si cacao, trebuie sa fie aduse la temperatura camerei.</p>
<p>Laptele se incalzeste si se adauga untul si zaharul.</p>
<p>Pentru aluat de cozonac, se cerne faina de oua ori sa fie aerata si se face o adancitura la mijlocul ei.</p>
<p>Drojdia se freaca cu o lingura de zahar si 2-3 linguri de lapte cald.</p>
<p>Se lasa asa pentru cateva minute sa se dezvolte.</p>
<p>Se separa albusurile de galbenusuri.</p>
<p>La mijlocul fainii se pune maiaua crescuta, se amesteca usor, turnand putin lapte cald cu unt topit si adunand din faina de pe margini.</p>
<p>Apoi, se adauga galbenusurile frecate cu sare si esenta de rom.</p>
<p>Se framanta aluatul de cozonac, adaugand spre final si uleiul incalzit.</p>
<p>Se lasa la loc cald, acoperit, pana isi dubleaza volumul.</p>
<p>Pentru umplutura de nuca si cacao, se prepara o bezea din albusuri cu un praf de sare si zaharul.</p>
<p>Se adauga jumatate din nuca macinata fin si jumatate taiata grosier si cacaua.</p>
<p>Se intind patru foi din aluatul de cozonac, se ung cu compozitia de umplutura si se ruleaza, apoi se impletesc cate doua rulouri.</p>
<p>Se asaza in tavile tapetate cu hartie de copt si se acopera cu stergare.</p>
<p>Se lasa asa la loc cald pana isi dubleaza volumul.</p>
<p>Se ung cu galbenus de ou diluat cu lapte si se dau la cuptorul preincalzit, pentru 40-45 de minute, la 175 de grade.</p>
