<p>galbenusuri &#8211; 3 buc</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 5 linguri</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 80 g</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>esenta de vanilie &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se toarna laptele intr-o cratita, se pune pe aragaz si se fierbe la foc mic.</p>
<p>Cand incepe sa fiarba, adaugati smantana intreaga in lapte si adaugati lapte condensat.</p>
<p>Se amesteca toate ingredientele, se pune capacul si se fierbe putin timp.</p>
<p>Bateti ouale, lasati albusurile deoparte si puneti galbenusurile intr-un vas separat.</p>
<p>Adaugati zahar la ele si bateti galbenusurile cu zaharul intr-o spuma moale si usoara cu un batator electric.</p>
<p>Luati aproximativ un pahar de amestec de lapte clocotit din cratita de pe aragaz si adaugati trei linguri de faina simpla, pe care le amestecati foarte bine.</p>
<p>Aveti grija sa nu ramana bulgari in amestec.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati laptele si faina in amestecul de galbenusuri si amestecati din nou bine.</p>
<p>Apoi turnati acest amestec de galbenus concentrat inapoi in cratita cu amestec de lapte fierbinte, amestecati si gatiti inca la foc mic pana obtineti o crema groasa, omogena.</p>
<p>Scoateti vasul de pe aragaz si adaugati in final cateva picaturi de esenta de vanilie dupa gust.</p>
<p>Se amesteca foarte bine si se presara suprafata cu fulgi de nuca de cocos prajita, ciocolata rasa sau cacao, fie se foloseste crema pentru a face prajituri coapte sau neprajite.</p>
<p>De asemenea, puteti completa aceasta crema foarte bine cu fructe proaspete.</p>
<p>Va dorim pofta buna!</p>
