<p>400 ml de lapte</p>

<p>100 g de lapte condensat</p>
<p>3 galbenusuri de oua</p>
<p>5 linguri de faina sau amidon</p>
<p>80 g de zahar</p>
<p>100 g de unt</p>
<p>o fiola de esenta de vanilie</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Fierbeti un pahar de lapte intr-un ibric. Combinati laptele ramas, smantana si laptele condensat intr-o craticioara. Puneti-le pe foc mic.</p>
<p>Bateti galbenusurile cu zaharul intr-un vas separat. Amestecati paharul de lapte fierbinte cu faina/amidonul, dupa care adaugati-le treptat, in jet subtire, amestecand continuu, in compozitia de galbenusuri.</p>
<p>Amestecati foarte bine, ca sa nu ramana cocoloase.</p>
<p>Cand amestecul de lapte, smantana si lapte condensat va incepe sa clocoteasca, luati-l de pe foc. Turnati in jet subtire compozitia de galbenusuri in el, amestecand continuu cu telul.</p>
<p>Puneti compozitia obtinuta pe foc mic si incalziti-o pana se va ingrosa. Nu uitati sa o amestecati in permanenta. Apoi luati crema de pe foc, adaugati esenta de vanilie in ea si lasati-o sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Cand va ajunge la temperatura camerei, adaugati untul taiat in cubulete si mixati crema pe parcursul a 2-3 minute, ca sa capete o textura ideala pentru torturi si prajituri.</p>

<p>Spaghete dulci? Iata o reteta simpla de spaghete cu nuci.</p>
<p>De ce ai nevoie ca sa faci spaghete cu nuci:</p>
<p>1 pachet spaghete fara ou</p>
<p>350 g nuci zdrobite</p>
<p>1 praf scortisoara</p>
<p>100 g zahar</p>
<p>2 linguri ulei</p>
<p>Cum prepari spaghete cu nuci:</p>
<p>Fierbi pastele conform indicatiilor de pe ambalaj. Le scoti si le tii la scurs. Separat, intr-un bol, amesteci nucile cu zaharul, cu scortisoara, apoi adaugi spaghetele si le combini.</p>
<p>Ungi cu ulei un vas si rastorni in el compozitia, amesteci si dai la cuptorul incins cel mult 10 minute.</p>
