<p>Pentru prima crema:</p>
<p>2 pungi budinca de ciocolata</p>
<p>1 l lapte</p>
<p>250 g margarina</p>
<p>7 linguri zahar</p>
<p>un pliculet zahar vanilat</p>
<p>Pentru a doua crema:</p>
<p>250 ml frisca lichida</p>
<p>200 g mascarpone</p>
<p>50 g zahar pudra</p>
<p>Pentru decorare:</p>
<p>frisca sau glazura de ciocolata</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Separati albusurile de galbenusuri. Se bat albusurile spuma cu zaharul. Se adauga galbenusurile pe rand, apoi laptele. Ingredientele uscate se amesteca si se adauga la oua. Se amesteca usor cu o spatula de jos in sus.</p>
<p>Pentru copt avem doua optiuni. Prima este sa coacem tot aluatul timp de aproxomativ 45 de minute intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 ° C si dupa ce se raceste sa il taiati in 3 sau sa coacem 3 blaturi separat de la inceput timp de 15 minute.</p>
<p>Puneti laptele sa se incalzeasca si zaharul, adaugati praful de budinca. Amestecati continuu pana se ingroasa. Cand crema s-a racit putin, adaugam margarina si zaharul vanilat.</p>
<p>Se amesteca separat frisca. Dupa ce si-a dublat volumul, adaugam mascarpone si zaharul pudra. Mixati pana obtineti o crema pufoasa.</p>
<p>Blaturile se pot insiropa cu apa si zahar sau cu zeama de la un compot.</p>
<p>Asezati un blat, jumatate din crema de ciocolata, blat, 3 sferturi din crema de frisca (mai pastrati putin pentru decor), din nou blat si restul de crema de ciocolata.</p>
<p>Deasupra puteti decora cu glazura sau fulgi de ciocolata si frisca.</p>
<p>Puneti prajitura la frigider pentru cateva ore.</p>
