<p>2,5 linguri de ulei de masline</p>
<p>220 ml apa</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Cerneti faina cu sare, puneti-o intr-un castron si faceti o gaura mica in mijloc.</p>
<p>Intr-o ceasca puneti drojdia cu putina apa calda. Zdrobiti drojdia in apa calduta si adaugati zahar. Lasa drojdia sa creasca careva minute si toarna-o in gaura din faina.</p>
<p>Incepeti sa amestecati aluatul din centru cu mainile sau cu o lingura de lemn, lucrati treptat in faina de pe margini.</p>
<p>Apoi adauga doua linguri de ulei de masline si oul. Procesati aluatul manual timp de cel putin 5 minute, astfel incat sa fie neted si flexibil.</p>
<p>Stergeti fundul vasului si peretii cu un strat subtire de ulei de masline, puneti aluatul in el, presarati usor cu faina si acoperiti cu un prosop de bucatarie.</p>

<p>Lasati aluatul sa creasca aproximativ o jumatate de ora la temperatura camerei. Dimensiunea aluatului ar trebui sa se dubleze.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul dospit in doua parti egale si rulati intr-un strat subtire. Inveliti aluatul cu sos de rosii si acoperiti cu umplutura preferata.</p>
<p>Condimentati cu ierburi uscate sau proaspete, cum ar fi busuioc sau marar, presarati cu branza rasa.</p>
<p>Preincalziti cuptorul la 180 ° C si coaceti pana cand marginile aluatului se rumenesc.</p>
