<h3>Mod de preparare:</h3>
<p>Spalati castravetele si taiati-l pe jumatate pe lungime, razuiati semintele cu o lingura. Dati castravetii pe razatoarea ce mai mica si puneti-i intr-un castron in care sa isi lase zeama. Apoi stoarceti sucul.</p>
<p>Se amesteca usturoiul zdrobit cu uleiul de masline, sarea si piperul. Se adauga apoi castravetele dat pe razatoare si stors.</p>
<p>Adaugati si iaurtul. Taiati mararul si menta si amestecati cu restul compozitiei.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati putin suc de lamaie proaspat stors.</p>
<p>Este perfec pentru mancarurile uscate sau la cuptor, in special pentru preparatele din carne.</p>
<p>Se poate pastra la frigider cateva zile. Servit rece este si mai bun.</p>
<h3>Reteta de iaur natural facut in casa:</h3>
<p>Ingrediente: 4 ½ pahare de lapte integral de vaca (900 ml), ½ sticla de smantana (100 ml), ΒΌ sticla de iaurt natural (50 ml).</p>
<p>Mod de preparare: Daca ai un aparat de mixare, cel mai bine este sa pui toate ingredientele in el, sa le amesteci si sa il lasi sa fermenteze cel putin 8 ore. Dupa cele 8 ore, trebuie sa il strecori si sa il lasi la frigider 4 ore.</p>
