<p>Taiem coada si capul pestelui.</p>
<p>Facem taieturi pe lungimea intregului peste.</p>
<p>Il impartim in parti, scapam de coloana vertebrala.</p>

<p>Se adauga sare, se amesteca si se lasa 30 de minute.</p>
<h3>Modul de preparare sos:</h3>
<p>Taiati rosiile in jumatate si dati-le pe razatoare pentru a inlatura coaja.</p>
<p>Taiem ardeiul dulce in bucati mici.</p>
<p>Procedam la fel si cu ardeiul iute.</p>
<p>Tocati marunt usturoiul.</p>
<p>Puneti legumele in maruntitor.</p>
<p>Amestecam ardeiul si usturoiul tocat cu rosiile.</p>
<p>Adaugam marar tocat marunt.</p>
<p>Punem sare si piper dupa gust.</p>
<p>Adaugati doua lingurite de mustar.</p>
<p>Se amesteca cu o lingura.</p>
<h3>Mod de preparare peste:</h3>
<p>Punem faina de grau si porumb pe o farfurie impreuna cu boiaua de ardei afumata.</p>
<p>Puneti uleiul la incins.</p>
<p>Dati pestele prin amestecul cu boia.</p>
<p>Prajiti pestele pe fiecare parte.</p>
