<p>40 g unt gras</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>3 linguri de cacao</p>
<p>2 praf de copt</p>
<p>8 &#8211; 10 linguri de lapte</p>
<p>Crema:</p>
<p>0,5 litri de lapte</p>
<p>3-4 linguri de faina simpla</p>
<p>250 g faina de zahar</p>
<p>250 g unt</p>
<p>Glazura:</p>
<p>50 g unt sau lapte</p>
<p>o ciocolata amara</p>
<p>Mai departe:</p>
<p>200 ml de cafea tare</p>
<p>100 ml lapte</p>
<p>esenta de rom dupa gust</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pentru blat:</p>
<p>Se amesteca ingredientele intr-un singur aluat, se imparte in doua parti, se pune in doua tavi de copt si se coc separat la cuptor timp de 15- 20 de minute.</p>

<p>Intre timp, puneti pe foc si amestecati laptele si faina, dupa ce se ingroasa lasati crema sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Bateti untul cu zahar si combinati cu laptele ingrosat intr-o crema uniforma.</p>
<p>Puneti primul blat pe o tava si insiropati-l cu amestecul de lapte, cafea si esenta de rom.</p>
<p>Punem crema si o aranjam uniform, apoi punem cel de-al doilea blat peste crema. Il insiropam si il dam la frigider pentru o ora.</p>

<p>Pregatim glazura topind ciocolata pe baie de abur si amestecam cu untul sau laptele.</p>
<p>Scoatem din frigider prajitura si turnam glazura calda. O uniformizam si bagam prajitura din nou la frigider pentru cateva ore sau peste noapte.</p>

<p>Il lasam sa se odihneasca cel mai bine pana a doua zi, nu recomand sa il consumati imediat, este rigid si nu se taie bine.</p>
