<p>galbenusuri &#8211; 2 buc</p>

<p>unt &#8211; 90 g</p>
<p>bicarbonat de sodiu &#8211; 1 g</p>
<p>Pentru crema:</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 1 l</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 200 g</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; 1 pachet</p>
<p>galbenusuri &#8211; 2 buc</p>
<p>budinca de vanilie &#8211; 1 pachet</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 250 g</p>
<p>Pentru umplutura de crema:</p>
<p>frisca &#8211; 700 ml</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; 3 pachete</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Incepeti prin a face aluatul. Intr-un castron, amestecati faina, untul, zaharul , galbenusurile de ou, mierea si bicarbonatul de sodiu.</p>
<p>Procesati un aluat neted, care este apoi impartit in doua parti.</p>
<p>Intindeti doua foi de dimensiunea tavii, presarati-le cu faina, astfel incat aluatul sa nu se arda.</p>
<p>Coaceti la o temperatura de 180 de grade timp de aproximativ 8 minute. Dupa coacere, curatati aluatul de pe foaia de copt cu un cutit.</p>

<p>Se adauga lapte, zahar, zahar vanilat, galbenusuri de ou si budinca de vanilie intr-un vas.</p>
<p>Aduceti la fierbere pentru a crea o crema groasa, lasati-o sa se raceasca (acoperiti suprafata cu o bucata de folie pentru a preveni formarea unei pielite pe suprafata budincii).</p>
<p>Se amesteca untul cu crema racita.</p>
<p>Acum pregatiti umplutura de frisca batand frisca impreuna cu vanilia si zaharul.</p>
<p>Puneti crema de budinca peste o foaie, nivelati cu o spatula, apoi puneti frisca si cea de-a doua foaie.</p>

<p>Lasati prajitura la frigider pana se inmoaie foile si taiati in bucati.</p>

<p>Inainte de feliere, puteti decora prajitura cu glazura de ciocolata sau cuĀ zahar pudra.</p>
