<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Punem branza de vaci intr-un castron adanc, adaugam un ou acolo, adaugam o treime dintr-o lingurita de sare, o jumatate de lingurita de praf de copt.</p>

<p>Se amesteca din nou, se scoate vasul de pe foc si se adauga 50 de grame de unt.</p>

<p>Desertul este deja gata, trebuie doar sa il lasati la frigider pana se raceste complet.</p>
<p>Este foarte usor sa schimbi gustul final al unui desert.</p>
<p>Deja in stadiul topirii casului, incercati doar sa adaugati scortisoara, vanilie sau chiar fructe uscate.</p>
<p>Am obtinut o crema delicioasa, un fel de budinca. Se poate intinde pe paine.</p>
