<p>600 g capsuni (sau alte fructe de padure)</p>
<p>Stratul de sus:</p>
<p>50 g zahar</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiem capsunile pe jumatate.</p>
<p>Intr-un bol amestecam zaharul, faina si untul la temperatura camerei.</p>
<p>Il framantam cu mainile pana obtinem firimituri pe care le lasam de o parte pana teminam de facut aluatul.</p>
<p>Amestecam untul la temperatura camerei cu zaharul cu ajutorul unui mixer.</p>
<p>Adaugam si zaharul vanilat si un praf de sare si continuam sa mixam.</p>
<p>Adaugam ouale pe rand, unul cate unul si mixam.</p>

<p>Amestecam faina cu praful de copt si amidonul.</p>
<p>Adaugam cate putin la restul aluatului si amestecam cu o spatula.</p>
<p>Aluatul o sa fie usor lipicios si destul de consistent.</p>
<p>Punem hartie de copt in tava si apoi turnam aluatul.</p>
<p>Il intindem pe toata dimensiunea tavii.</p>

<p>Deasupra punem capsunile una langa cealalta.</p>
