<p>Procedura de preparare</p>
<p>Pregatiti o forma rotunda (de preferinta din silicon sau cu fund detasabil). Scufundati rapid piscoturile, unul cate unul, in cafeaua racita si aranjati-le vertical pe intreaga circumferinta interioara a formei (cu partea cu zaharul in exterior). Acest lucru va crea o margine frumoasa.</p>
<p>Baza de crema:<br />
Turnati laptele rece intr-o cratita mare (nu pe aragaz inca). Adaugati 1 galbenus de ou, 140 g zahar, zaharul vanilat, faina alba cernuta si amidonul de porumb.</p>
<p>Prepararea cremei:<br />
Amestecati bine amestecul cu un tel pentru a va asigura ca nu exista cocoloase. Puneti oala pe aragaz si gatiti la foc mic, amestecand constant, pana cand crema se ingroasa intr-o budinca fina si lucioasa.</p>
<p>Inmuiere:<br />
Scoateti crema groasa de pe aragaz. Cat timp este inca fierbinte, adaugati imediat 300 g de mascarpone. Amestecati energic cu un tel pana cand mascarpone se topeste complet si crema devine perfect omogena.</p>
<p>Primul strat:<br />
Turnati jumatate din crema fierbinte in centrul formei (intre piscoturile pregatite). Neteziti usor cu o spatula.</p>
<p>Strat de piscoturi:<br />
Asezati peste crema un strat de piscoturi, pe care le-ati inmuiat din nou scurt in cafea. Asezati-le aproape unul de celalalt pentru a acoperi intreaga suprafata.</p>

<p>Straturile finale:<br />
Turnati jumatatea ramasa de crema peste piscoturi si neteziti suprafata. In final, asezati deasupra ultimul strat de piscoturi inmuiate.</p>
<p>Preparare:<br />
Acoperiti prajitura cu folie alimentara si lasati-o sa se intareasca peste noapte. Nu sariti peste acest pas, crema trebuie sa se intareasca!</p>
<p>Servire:<br />
A doua zi, indepartati folia, asezati o tava de servire deasupra prajiturii si intoarceti prajitura cu o miscare rapida. Prajitura ar trebui sa se desprinda usor. Puteti presara marginile cu nuca de cocos si pudra deasupra cu generos cacao.</p>
